1. Booking the programFull prepayment is required to book any of our short programs.
If you choose to cancel your participation in the program for any reason within less than a month, your prepayment will not be refunded.
A 30% deposit is required to create your personalized program and secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before the program start date. Cancellations made within one month of the start date are non-refundable. In such cases, the deposit may be transferred to another program at our discretion.
2. Payment InformationYou may pay for participation in the program using one of the following convenient methods:
- Invoice payment via standard bank transfer.
- Invoice payment via PayPal (in this case, the total amount will be increased by 5%).
- Cash payment.
3. Unforeseen circumstancesIn the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, weather conditions, avalanche risk, closure of national parks or protected areas, safety concerns, technical issues, or other force majeure events), we reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, format, location, or content. Any such changes will be discussed with you in advance, with the goal of ensuring the best possible experience and safety for all participants.
