The T-1 Glacier Station is located at 3,500 meters in the Tian Shan mountains, within Ile-Alatau National Park. The route takes you into a high-alpine landscape of glaciers, snow-covered slopes and wide mountain views — one of the most impressive day treks near Almaty.

What's included:
- English-speaking guide.
- Round transfer from Almaty to Medeo.
- Round transfer from Medeo to the end of the asphalt road in the gorge.
- Crampons rental, if the tour takes place in winter.
- First aid kit.

7:45–8:00 — Meet your guide at your accommodation.
8:00–9:30 — Drive to Medeo, then continue by electric vehicle to the end of the paved road in the gorge.
9:30–13:30 — Trek to the T-1 Glacier Station. The hike usually takes 3 to 4 hours.
13:30–14:00 — Free time near the station: take photos, enjoy the views and have a picnic.
14:00 — Start the return route. Walk back to the end of the paved road, then drive back to Almaty.
8:00–9:30 — Drive to Medeo, then continue by electric vehicle to the end of the paved road in the gorge.
9:30–13:30 — Trek to the T-1 Glacier Station. The hike usually takes 3 to 4 hours.
